The trees, mountains and waters have incredible value, and if respected will attract like-minded consumers. In that spirit, we work together with you to create a project that creates immense value and demand, while honoring the environmental aspects of place.

I creatively assemble the right team from my wide network of professionals and contracting experts to support your project goals. We will work closely with agencies and neighborhood stakeholders to negate costly controversy, bridge gaps and insure your vision is met.

I’m an active recreationalist that believes in preserving, conserving and providing improved access to our public lands. I contribute my volunteer efforts to impactful local organizations including The Mountaineers, Mountains to Sound Greenway, and Seattle Outdoor Adventurers.

        1984
        
AlaskaDeloa started her career with boots on the ground in Alaska in 1984.  Mentored by large developers and builders, she was responsible for the development of multi-family and recreational subdivisions and gained her real estate and pilot licenses in the same year.  She honed her lobbying skills there, and always had the Alaska tool handy– a bottle of scotch handy for tenuous negotiations.

1988-2005

Move to the PNW

An economic downturn brought Deloa to the Pacific NW in 1988, where she opened the offices of a civil engineering firm, strategically growing the company from two to a 24-person staff. She developed all aspects of the business including accounting and human resources systems and created a funding program that facilitated the development and construction of the firm’s headquarters in downtown Redmond. She honed her project management experience developed while working with consultant teams on public and private projects throughout Washington and Alaska.

2006-2014

Expanding Private Development

Working again on the private development side (2006-2014), Deloa managed 23 Puget Sound properties in all phases of development. She performed assemblages, rezones, annexations, comprehensive plan amendments, and strategic planning. She built and managed the project teams and worked directly with jurisdictions. Property management and construction administration was also an integral part of her work for the portfolio.

2014

Founded Dalby Property Solutions

In 2014, Deloa implemented Dalby Property Solutions LLC, based on the guiding principles of her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and 30+ years of experience in this field. Her wide network of relationships and contacts is drawn upon to serve the Client’s best interests, creating an outcome that meets and often exceeds expectations! Thank you for your confidence in our services.

I valued the opportunity to collaborate with Deloa in her role of real estate site development, project planning, permitting and project management; and in my role as senior architect. As I worked with Deloa, I observed and appreciated her professional skills in applying her expertise and background knowledge to our projects.
